Prices remained very firm for fleshed cows, with Friesians making €300-400 with their weight, while cull suckler cows made up to €785 over the euro per kilo. Thinner dairy-cross cows were selling for between €1.20/kg and €1.35/kg.

There were 40 lots of heifers and most of these were forward animals. Demand was strong, with heifers making up to €855 over their weight, with price per kilo ranging from €2.15/kg up to €2.40/kg.
