Eighty jobs are up for grabs at the new venue and they will be spread across the areas of management, administration staff, bar staff, front of house, chefs, kitchen staff, waiters, security and cleaning.
Formerly known as Mantra, the 30,000 square foot multi-level modern food and drink emporium is now being refitted and rebranded to re-open as new on 21 May this year.
The new venue will include 8,000 square feet of tropical gardens.
A consortium of Irish investors bought the venue from receivers late last year and now the original owner Darryl Kavanagh is back at the helm and has brought back the original team.
“My sole focus will be to return the business to being the best entertainment complex in the country, and reintroduce the high standards it had,” Kavanagh said.
He went on to say he would particularly welcome members of staff who formed the original Mantra team who "sadly lost their jobs after the venue went into receivership. Many of these valued personnel will have moved on understandably, but we would welcome their applications if they are currently seeking employment.”
Designed by Drew Henry and Dermot Mc Namara, the new venue claims it will be the largest garden bar and restaurant in Ireland.
Research indicators have shown there is a gap in the North Kildare and West Dublin region for a modern all-day style bar and venue tailored towards the over 23's market, a gap that Mantra aims to fill.
