Mairead caught up with the 23-year-old singing sensation at the INEC Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney on Saturday night where he was playing to a sell-out crowd.
Liverpool-born Nathan told Mairead how the past year has been a whirlwind following the success of his number one hit "Wagon Wheel".
Nathan, along with other artists such as Derek Ryan, Mike Denver, Michael English and Louise Morrisey, will be appearing at the Irish Country Sound Entertainment Awards at the Hodson Bay Hotel in Athlone on Monday 3 March. Doors open at 6.30pm and the show kicks off at 7.30pm sharp.
