The Gaiety School of Acting has launched a new social media campaign for Breathe, a mental health charity. Focused on the early prevention of suicide, the initiative is to encourage young people to openly discuss mental health and challenge the stigma that surrounds it. With the school year coming to an end and summer taking over, it’s really important to keep the programme alive so that it reaches more schools when the academic year returns in September. All you have to do is take a picture with your yellow Breathe Postcard and share it on social media using the #breatheselfie. To date, Graham Norton, Nikki Hayes, Aidan Turner and Sheana Keane have been taking their selfies.
