Case IH has joined the telescopic loader market with six new models from the new Farmlift range. The machines are similar to the New Holland LM range, with comparable engines and features.
The series ranges from the smaller Farmlift 525, designed especially for use in low buildings and livestock housing, to the powerful Farmlift 935. Power outputs span 74hp (Farmlift 525) to 143hp (Farmlift 635 and 742), and maximum lift heights range from 5.7m to 9.6m.
The entry-level Farmlift 525 model has a maximum lift capacity/loading height figures of 2.5t and 5.7m. It has a low overall height of under 2m to make it suited to working under cover. The machine is relatively compact, with a wheelbase of 2.35m, giving it a turning radius of just 3.4m.
The larger Farmlift models range from the 110hp (121hp max) Farmlift 632, which can lift a maximum 3.2t up to 6.1m, to the Farmlift 935, with comparable figures of 3.5t and 9.6m lift height.
The Farmlift 632 to 935 models are powered by Fiat Power Train (FPT) NEF4 engines. For the 632 and 935 models, a 4x3 powershift, and for the 635 and 742 models, a 6x3 powershift with auto-shift function, are available allowing them to reach a maximum travel speed of 40km/h.
