It’s time to sharpen those knives and find your favourite serving dishes as we have a fantastic opportunity for readers to cook with Neven Maguire. Taking place in the kitchens of Dunnes Stores HQ in Dublin, Neven will guide our winners through some of his most-loved recipes, and as the event will take place in November, there may be a few festive favorites in the mix.
Neven’s cookery school in MacNean House in Blacklion, Co Cavan has been running for 11 years. It is one of his favorite parts of being a chef – guiding home cooks, honing their culinary skills and bringing them on a food journey. Our lucky winners will be treated to a wonderful day out learning from one of Ireland’s best loved chefs.
Think you have what it takes to impress Neven and the judging team? We want you to share your signature dish, the one that family and friends gather around the table to enjoy. It might be that tried-and-tested quiche that everyone loves at a party, a celebratory cake that your family request year after year, a comforting soup or stew that your children associate with home, or an impressive dinner that you cook for your partner to celebrate special occasions. Not only do we want you to share the recipe, we’re eager to hear the story behind it.
