Teagasc is organising a Young Breeder Training Day at the Army Equitation School, McKee Barracks, Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin, on Wednesday, 22 June, starting at 10am.
This is a superb opportunity for young people across the country to join with the Teagasc equine specialists and Comdt Tom Freyne and staff at the Army Equitation School for an afternoon evaluating conformation and athleticism traits of performance sport horses in both show jumping and eventing.
All young people aged 13-24 years on 1 January 2016 are welcome to attend. The fee for the training is €10.
