The sale is being handled by Murtagh Bros and the auction takes place on Friday 24 September at 3pm. The farm will be sold in lots and the guide price for the entire is €600,000, or €8,571/ac.
Auctioneer Dillon Murtagh says that the holding is excellent quality land and attracting plenty of interest.
