German tillage equipment specialist Horsch closed the business year in 2025 with a group turnover of €1.08bn, and achieved a moderate growth.

This marks the company’s third consecutive year of turnover above the €1bn mark. Horsch employs around 3,500 people worldwide.

The company explained that recent years have been marked by epidemics, supply chain issues and wars, and it is increasingly shaped by geopolitical challenges.

It notes that currently, many farms are facing a sharp rise in costs, particularly for diesel and fertilisers, which are placing a significant financial burden on them. Given this situation, it is difficult at this point to predict how the situation will develop in the near future.

International growth

The company has further consolidated its market position internationally. The AgTec Centre opened in Minneapolis in the US in 2025. This site serves as a permanent hub for North America, bringing together and spreading technical expertise, training and agronomic knowledge.

In Brazil, an own site was established in recent years where products are developed and manufactured for the local market. At the same time, the corresponding service and sales structures were put in place to develop further sales potential.

In Europe, it says encouraging results were achieved, particularly in Romania, Poland, Ukraine and the Baltic states. The German and French markets proved to be extremely resilient and remain of central importance to Horsch.
