Valtra has announced upgrades to its best-selling fifth generation A series models, the A105 and A115. These will now be exclusively available with a four-step powershift transmission (16+16R or 32+32R with creeper).

Valtra tractors with four cylinders will no longer be offered with a traditional gear lever, instead all models will now feature a fully electronically controlled transmission.

The Valtra Unlimited studio now offers full customisation services for the 5th-generation A105 and A115 models.

Power continues to come from the proven AGCO Power 4.4L Stage V engines, with the A105 churning out 105hp and the A115 rated for 115hp. New features include aluminium steps on the left side, 70% larger rearview mirrors, upgraded air conditioning and heating, plus small refinements like a dust seal above the rear window. The tractors are now fitted with a larger 200l fuel tank, with the option of a steel tank. They are also fitted with a powerful dual-pump hydraulic system (98l/min) with new standard flow control valves.

The manufacturer says tractor efficiency has been optimised through improvements in the cab and the integration of new electronic elements, such as the Valtra Guide auto guidance system and IsoBus functionalities. It says precision farming technology is no longer limited by tractor size, with a wide range of precision farming equipment already available on other Valtra models now available on the A series.

The Valtra Unlimited studio now offers full customisation services for the fifth-generation A105 and A115 models. For tractors under 100 hp, the three-cylinder A Series GL models offer similar cab comfort and efficiency, but in a simpler and more affordable package.
