  • Mayo Macra is hosting the finals of the public speaking and impromptu public speaking competitions on Saturday 6 December in the McWilliam Park Hotel, Claremorris, Co Mayo. Admission is €5 for spectators. The hotel is also holding a Christmas party on the same night and everyone is welcome to join the afters. Music will be provided by Lisa McHugh and her band. Admission is €15, which can be paid on the door. There will also be music in the residents bar. Accommodation is €60 per person for bed and breakfast.
