Blue Texel Star Jinx 11 leads Carson sale
The dispersal sale of the Little Whisker flock from Janet and Andy Carson, Tyrone saw the homebred Blue Texel gimmer, Little Whisker Jinx 11, top the trade at £2,500.
In total ,51 lots were offered, comprising of 21 Badgerface Texels, 17 Blue Texels, and 13 Dutch Spotted females. Topping the Badgerface Texels was the homebred gimmer Little Whisker Fiasco, which sold for £2,000.

Meanwhile, the Dutch Spotted ewe section saw a price of £1,400 paid on three occasions.
