The men were arrested on Monday after a vehicle towing a trailer was stopped and four Friesian bullock calves were found.
Both the vehicle and trailer were seized and two subsequent searches were carried out.
A number of items were taken away for further examination.

The PSNI, along with DAERA, made a number of detections in relation to rural crime this week.
Inspector Leslie Badger said the two men have since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
“Enquiries are ongoing. However, we are keen to hear from anyone who can help with our enquiries. We are particularly keen for information in relation to four Friesian bullock calves found in the seized trailer. The number to call is 101, quoting reference number ‘1159’.”
