The well-known B72 June Charollais flock of Galway breeder Liam Conway is being dispersed on Saturday 21 October in Tullamore Livestock Mart, Co Offaly. The sale, which takes place at noon, includes 130 head split between 65 in-lamb mature ewes, 35 in-lamb hoggets and 30 ewe lambs.
The flock claimed first, second and third position in the senior ram class at the Irish Charollais Sheep Society (ICSS) 2017 all-Ireland final. An added bonus of the sale is the fact that many of the ewes will be scanned in-lamb to these genetics. Lambing commences from 1 January onwards, with all sheep also performance recorded with Sheep Ireland.
