Excitement is building ahead of the Exclusive Extravaganza Sale on Friday evening 17 July in Ballyjamesduff Mart, Co Cavan.

Organised by three sheep societies – the Beltex, Blue Texel and Dutch Spotted – there will be 80 lots forward on the night and four breeds represented: Beltex, Blue Texel, Dassenkop and Dutch Spotted.

Ewe lambs, ram lambs, shearling ewes and shearling rams from all breeds will be on offer.

Consigned in the sale is the Irish Blue Texel National Male Champion, Limestone King (right) as well as many other prize winners from summer shows.

Judging starts at 3pm followed by the sale at 6pm, ringside and online through MartEye.
