The Farmers Journal/ANM Group Farm Profit Programme will hold an official launch night on Thursday 16 February at 7pm in ring 2 at the Thainstone Centre, Inverurie.
The ambitious new project aims to improve the technical performance and profitability of livestock farms across the north and northeast of Scotland. This will be achieved through dissemination of best practice on livestock farms, with the vision to lead a livestock revival in the area and to provide a source of technical information aimed to help livestock producers grow and prosper.
On the night, the six focus farms located throughout the north and northeast will be announced. There will be an overview of each farm business and the production areas that they will focus on over the course of the three-year programme.
