Big Week on the Farm attempt to break tractor world record
RTÉ's The Big Week on the Farm is back this year and there will be another attempt to smash a world record, but this time it involves a tractor and trailer.
The world record for reversing a tractor and trailer currently stands at a huge 17.36km or almost 11miles, but they will be trying to beat that in Cavan in two weeks.

But the Big Week on the Farm team will try to beat that when they come to Co Cavan at the beginning of April.
The attempt will take place on the N3 northbound from Lisgrey House in Virginia to Poles, just outside Cavan Town, which is a distance of around 21km.

AA Roadwatch has advised drivers not to be alarmed if they see some strange activity as the attempt to break the world record takes place.
Gardaí, St John’s Ambulance and a team of support vehicles will be in attendance, meaning there drivers should expect delays on the route between 10am and 1pm.
The Big Week on the Farm was a ratings hit for RTÉ last year, with 1.5 million people tuning in to watch the show.
A world record was also smashed live on last year’s show, when Donegal’s Ivan Scott managed to shear a sheep in just 37.9 seconds.
