Described as “super land”, a 42-acre non-residential farm at Thomastown, Golden, Co Tipperary, is currently on the market by private treaty.

Laid out in just a single field, the land is in grass but reported to be suited to any enterprise. It comes with mains water and ESB, has frontage to a cul de sac and comes with the ruin of a cottage. Guided in excess €10,000/acre, the closing date for offers is 22 June.

Attractive 50-acre

holding in Co Galway

Auctioneer Vincent Costello, New Inn, Ballinasloe, will auction a 50-acre residential package at Aggardbeg, Craughwell, Co Galway, next Thursday 9 June. Described as “the finest of land”, the farm is set out in one block and comes with a modern two-storey four-bedroom residence and a farmyard that contains a four-bay slatted shed, a four-bay loose-bedded shed, five horse boxes and an indoor crush.
