Two blocks of land are on the market near Castlerea, Co Roscommon. They are at Lissalway and are being sold on behalf of the same owner by Re-Max Team Earley. The area is between Castleplunkett village and Castlerea.

The larger parcel is 38.07ac. The land is well-fenced while good hedging provides shelter for stock. There is a gathering pen and cattle crush and alongside this a small storage shed. The ground has road frontage. Auctioneer John Earley said that the guide price for this land is region of €10,000/ac.

The second piece of land is 8.35ac, a short distance along the road from the larger block. This land is well fenced for cattle and has a cattle crush and pen. The guide price for this land is €11,000/ac to €12,000/ac.
