"This too shall pass". My mother has always said that whenever I have gone through a difficult period. It’s very simple, but gives you perspective. It’s particularly appropriate this year!

A vegetarian red Thai curry is my ultimate comfort meal.

I can’t resist tortilla chips and salsa. Once in a while is fine!

Marissa Carter from Carter Beauty/Cocoa Brown is a big inspiration. She is a successful business person and she is also kind and generous with her time and advice. I find this combination of ambition and kindness, inspirational.

Clogherhead beach in Co Louth is my place. So close to home, but it feels a million miles away.

A family reunion with parents, six siblings, in-laws and children, all together. With one brother in the US and one sister in Australia, this could be a while off, but what a thing to look forward to!
