The Irish Farmers Journal has noted three upcoming machinery auctions that are worth watching out for, all of which are set to take place inside the next eight days.

Tyrone

Euro Auctions is set to host one of its regular auctions at its base in Dromore, Co Tyrone. The auction will take place Friday 20 and Saturday 21 August from 9.30am. With 1,096 lots up for grabs, the contents are a mix of construction and agricultural equipment. Some of the agricultural lots include a 2013 Massey Ferguson 7616 Dyna-6, a 2013 Manitou MLT629 Turbo telehandler and an unused SIP Star twin-rotor rake.

Laois

Meanwhile, Hennessy Auctioneers will host its monthly machinery auction this coming Saturday 21 August at the old mart in Portlaoise (Eircode R32 WT10). The auction will kick off at 11am sharp via the LSL app. Gates remain open for viewing from 9am to 5pm daily and on Saturday morning from 8am.

Cork

Finally, Cork Marts is set to host a machinery auction, with over 200 lots on Friday evening, 27 August, at the Corrin event centre. The auction will be hosted via the MartEye platform. The sale is set to include clearance machinery from a local deceased farmer and set to feature a collectable Ford County tractor.
