The lands were offered in two seperate lots of eight acres and 42 acres or in its entire. Before being withdrawn from the floor, the eight-acre lot was offered at €70,000, with the more substantial 42-acre holding reaching €240,000.
The property was bought by a suckler and sheep farmer who owns land in the area. It is described as comprising of half marginal ground and half good grazing agricultural land.
The auction was handled by DM Auctions.
