This is the 41ac block for sale at Ballyruin, Ballyroan, Co Laois.

A 60ac farm is going up for auction in three lots in Co Laois early next month. The land is at Ballyroan and will be sold by Hennessy Auctioneers by public auction and also online on LSL. This is an executor sale.
The land is good quality and there is a disused two-storey house on the property which is in need of full refurbishment, and some farm buildings. Mature hedging bounds the land and there is water supplied.
The farm is in three separate portions, although these are not far apart. It will therefore be offered in three lots.
