The property was sold for an undisclosed sum to a local landowner after what was described as a satisfactory bid was made on the property. Described as good quality, slightly elevated land by selling agent Ed Donohoe of Donohoe Town and Country LTD the 67 acres was contained within one block.
This is in an area where not much land like this would come to the market. The land is currently in a mixture of pasture and tillage and would be suitable for any farming enterprise.

The land is situated just 2km from Ballyhale off the old Waterford to Kilkenny road. There is a small amount of road frontage with the property also.
The property originally came with a guide price of between €7,000 and €8,000/acre prior to the sale, which equates to between €469,000 and €536,000 for the entire.
