The Aghinagh Macra ladies football team overcame Donoughmore in the Muskerry round of the competition and will now advance to the all-Ireland finals.

The ladies team will also be joined by the Aghinagh Macra men’s football team, who are also set to compete in the all-Ireland national football finals in Kerry next month.

The ladies team is going for the back-to-back, two-in-a-row all-Ireland titles, while the men’s team will try to win the title for a second time after their last triumph in 2016.

Everyone at the club wishes both teams the very best of luck as they try to clinch the double.

As the new year begins, the club is looking forward to competing in many more sporting competitions. New members are always welcome. Contact Aghinagh Macra on Facebook or Instagram.
