The Dingle Food Festival returns on 2-4 October, with a packed programme that features renowned chefs such as Neven Maguire, Mark Murphy (Dingle Cookery School) and Martin Bealin (Global Village), demos and workshops, from fermentation techniques and whiskey tasting to coffee cupping and beekeeping, book signings, visual arts, an extensive free programme of children’s foodie entertainment, the famous taste trail with 70 plus locations and the final judging of the Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards.
