The Bulfin Heritage Cycle 2018 is a two-day extravaganza of history, cycling and heritage in Durrow, Co Laois. The cycle will include an array of theatre sketches, reenactments, live music and storytelling. There will also be exciting visits to gardens, heritage centres and a round tower to showcase the rich history Laois has to offer.
The event gets its name from William Bulfin, a journalist from Offaly who cycled around Ireland and wrote an insightful book about the experience. The event will take place on 24 and 25 August. Tickets cost €60 for the first day, €70 for the second and €125 for the weekend. Book your place by phoning Hugh Sheppard on 086-869-4691.
