The order includes Friesians weighing from 250kg to 600kg, with the lighter stock going for further feeding on local farms.

Curzon are hopeful of further orders from Libyan buyers over coming months as demand there for imported livestock of all types remains strong. This week’s boatload is the second to Libya in 2020.
Exporters continue to receive enquiries from Algerian buyers but no contracts have been signed yet.
