A man has died in an incident involving a bull in Aughnacloy, Co Tyrone, the HSENI has told the Irish Farmers Journal.
The fatal incident is being investigated by the HSENI and the office of the Police Ombudsman has been informed.
The man was found dead on a farm in the Aughnacloy area on Saturday.

Inspector Keith Jamison from the PSNI said the police attended the scene and subsequently shot the bull after “consultation with the vet and members of the family as it posed a risk”.
The exact cause of death has not yet been confirmed.
Separate attack
The HSENI also confirmed that another farmer was injured in a separate bull attack.
The incident happened in the Greyabbey area of Co Down.
The HSENI said that incident is also being investigated.
