Centenary/Thurles returns to top spot in July/August league
Centenary/Thurles paid a 12-month rolling average liquid milk price of 37.80c/l, which takes them back to number one in the July/August liquid milk league.
EXPLANATORY NOTES
The liquid milk league first column is based on the rolling average liquid milk price in c/l net of vat paid by each co-op for the past 12 months.
The format takes into account the higher winter prices for shorter periods that some processors use, and vice versa.
Prices quoted are for milk supplied to fill liquid quota.
Prices are vat exclusive.
Transport charges have been deducted.
Minimum hygiene requirements: 50,000 TBC and 400,000 SCC.

While Monaghan paid the highest milk price for July/August, they come in just below Centenary/Thurles for the 12-month period with an average milk price of 37.75c/l. Aurivo paid 36c/l to complete the first division.
Arrabawn paid an average milk price of 35.94c/l to top the second division, followed by Clona and Wexford, with prices of 35.7c/l and 35.67c/l, respectively.
Dairygold and Glanbia retain their third division placing for July/August with a 12-month rolling liquid milk price of 33.78c/l.

Kerry has sold the remaining part of its liquid milk business to Lee Strand.
