Last week The Dealer wrote of Derek Deane’s battle with the SIU regarding his dealings with Carnew vet Gary Adams. A penalty on his single payment was imposed, and opposed. An appeal was lodged, but was not successful. An oral hearing was then sought by Derek Deane, and has been held. As of now, there has been no outcome on that hearing.
