The Mustang – 30 August: The Mustang follows the story of Roman Coleman, a violent convict from a rural Nevada prison who must partake in an “outdoor maintenance” programme as part of his social rehabilitation. Helped by no-nonsense trainer, fellow inmate and trick rider, Roman is given the chance to join the wild horse training programme, where he meets a particularly unbreakable mustang. Directed by Laure de Clermont-Tonnerre and executively produced by Academy award-winner Robert Redford, this film’s release is highly anticipated in Irish cinemas on 30 August.
Jimmy Buckley – 30 August: Donegal’s Allington Arms Hotel is set to host country music star Jimmy Buckley on 30 August. Undoubtedly one of the nation’s most-loved performers, Jimmy has received numerous awards including the prestigious Entertainer of The Year at the RTÉ music awards. His show is highly anticipated and contains a variety of material including country, big ballads and tribute medleys to the giants of the country music scene such as Hank Williams and Charlie Pride.
