There is a natural water supply from an adjoining stream and a private well located on the land. The entitlements are worth approximately €9,000 per anum at current values.
The farm previously hosted the National Ploughing Championship, which farmers would regard as an indication the ground has good soil.

“This is definitely one of the finest farms that has come to the market in the Limerick area in recent years,” says GVM auctioneer Tom Crosse.
