With Agritechnica just around the corner, many machinery manufacturers are launching new products, including German manufacturer Horsch. The company has just unveiled two new self-propelled Leeb PT sprayers.

These sprayers come with an increased ground clearance and a new ComfortDrive chassis concept. The ComfortDrive chassis has a central frame and hydro-pneumatically, spring-loaded, individual wheel suspension, a completely new development from the company. It claims that the active level regulation provides superb driving comfort. The wheel hub drive provides automatic load-dependent stepless drive and an anti-slip control.

It comes with the new ‘ErgoControl’ armrest. The cab also features the new ‘ErgoControl’ armrest and Category 4 air filters. It’s powered by a new 310hp Tier 5 engine that meets the latest emission standards.

The sprayers are available in two tank sizes. The 6,000l tank is made of polyethylene, while the 8,000l tank is made of stainless steel. Both versions are equipped with the continuous inside cleaning system CCS Pro, with an automatic washing program that can be operated from the cab. The stainless-steel rotary pump provides a filling capacity of 1,000 litres per minute.

They also come with BoomControl, which is now available in boom widths up to 42m and up to 42 sections.
