Mullingar Equestrian Centre is set to host its first sale of registered Connemara ponies in conjunction with Claremorris Auctioneers. The sale will feature registered Connemara performance ponies, in-hand, breeding and young stock.
It will be held on Sunday 18 October starting at 10am. Entries will close on Friday 9 October, with catalogues available online from Monday, 12 October.
Mullingar’s Robert Fagan said: “The entry fee is €40 and no commission for either buyer or seller will be charged. All are welcome and we hope that it will be well supported.

“There was a demand for this sale two years ago so we anticipate good demand again. We are putting a new surface into our indoor arena – the sale will be inside – while the performance element will be outside on our new international sand ring surface.”
