After 26 years as Advertising Director with the Irish Farmers Journal, John Grogan is standing down. He leaves behind a record unique in recent Irish newspaper publishing where print advertising has remained solid and the needs of major international clients have been accommodated while the individual farmer selling produce has also had his or her needs fully and courteously met. During his time as Company Secretary and Advertising Director, John never forgot that the Irish Farmers Journal is of the sector, for the sector.
