The GDT bucket is available in three sizes and with a tine grab or milling rotor for loading.

Alongside its latest lineup of front loaders, MX presented a mix of attachments, including the new GDT silage feeding bucket. Designed to load, transport and discharge pit silage, it is available in three sizes: 2,000l (2.3m), 2,300l (2.5m) and 2,500l (2.7m). It can be specified with either a simple tine grab or hydraulic milling rotor for a cleaner pit face.
A chain and slat floor feeds material towards the horizontal discharge rotor and discharge door which can be positioned on either or both sides, depending on preference.
One double-acting third service connection with a solenoid diverter works the grab or milling rotor, before switching to begin the unload sequence. The unloading sequence lowers the discharge tray, engages the hydraulic discharge rotor and floor chains.

Depending on specification, unladen weight ranges from 990kg to 1,266kg. To date, 10 units have been delivered to UK farmers. In its most basic form, pricing is believed to start around €16,000 plus VAT.
