From fireside seisiúns to heart-pounding céilís, The Gathering Traditional Festival returns to Killarney for its 17th year from 17-21 February. Headquartered at The Gleneagle Hotel, highlights include performances by Danú, Ushers Island, and many more, plus storytelling, singer-songwriter hours, a schools’ outreach programme, master classes and much more. Festival passes cost €50 and include entry to all concerts and céilís. Tickets to individual events are also available and range from €10 to €30. See www.thegathering.ie
