Amazone has expanded its plough range to include the Teres 200, suitable for modern tractors up to 200hp.

Earlier in the year, Amazone introduced the Teres 200 V and 200 VS Vario ploughs with variable hydraulic working width.

The most recent additions are the Teres 200 and 200 S stepped ploughs with manual working width adjustment, set to be presented to the public at Agritechnica in November.

Available in four- and five-furrow versions, the new stepped variants add an economical alternative to the range, for users who don’t need to make width adjustments on the move.

Furrow width can be set manually in fixed increments of 35cm, 40cm, 45cm or 50cm.

These models use the familiar parallelogram arrangement, enabling automatic adjustment of the pull point when the front furrow is changed, without the need for any additional setting.

The Teres 200 S features hydraulic overload protection, with trip forces up to 2,000kg which can be infinitely adjusted either centrally or separately on each individual body, depending on conditions. The maximum lift stroke is 40cm.

The Teres 200 and Teres 200 S versions have manual width adjustment in increments of 35, 40, 45 or 50cm.

All Teres 200 models feature a 120mm x 120mm x 10mm square section beam for strength and rigidity.

New models also feature all the existing Teres features including ProtectShaft, and the SmartTurn turnover system.
