Breens Farm Machinery will return to this year’s Ploughing Championships with a broad range of equipment from its ever-growing portfolio of brands.
New from Takeuchi and set to make its first Irish show appearance is the TL10V-2 compact tracked skid steer loader. The vertical lift machine is fitted with a 73hp Kubota engine and 71l/min primary hydraulic system. In high flow configuration, this increases to 124l/min with the option for a second 71l/min auxiliary circuit.
The two-speed transmission has a maximum forward speed of 11.3km/h. As standard, the machine is equipped with 400mm wide tracks. The TL10V-2 has maximum tipping load of 3,270kg and a total operating weight of 4,660kg.
Also from the Takeuchi brand, Breens will display a range of mini excavators, and wheeled excavator.
Following its appointment as main dealers for the German Thaler Equipment brand, Breens will also present a range of compact articulated telehandler and wheel loader models. One of which will be the 2230s compact wheel loader.
It features a 25hp three-cylinder Yanmar engine, 16km/h hydrostatic transmission and 42l/min hydraulics. In terms of capacities, it has an operating weight of 1,820kg, lift capacity of 1,500kg and a maximum reach of 2.58m. The 48T18 compact telehandler will also feature on the stand. It is equipped with a 48hp Yanmar engine and two-speed hydrostatic transmission. Maximum reach height is 4.8m and maximum lift capacity is 1,800kg.
Elsewhere on the stand, Breens will display mulchers from Tehnos, timber processing equipment from Tajfun, Gordini excavator mulchers and a selection of trailers from Bateson.
The Thaler 2230s is equipped with a 25hp Yanmar engine.
Thaler's compact 48T18 telehandler will also be on display.
