Declan Geary (Tractors) Limited (in receivership) has requested that we clarify that National Irish Bank, trading as Danske Bank, has appointed a receiver to specific assets of Declan Geary (Tractors) Limited (in receivership), namely a development site at Glenosheen, Ballyorgan, Co Limerick.
The company, which is a New Holland dealer, stated that a receiver has not been appointed to any of its other assets.
