To celebrate smashing the world record and being crowned the world’s fastest tractor, JCB have said that they will be building 25 special edition Fastracs.

To celebrate being crowned the world’s fastest tractor, JCB will build 25 special edition Fastracs. These will be available in both 4220 and 8330 models.
The special edition tractors come with additional features and capabilities compared to the standard Fastrac.
External enhancements include a chrome exhaust and engraved ‘JCBWFT’ lettering on the toolbox. The script ‘JCB Fastrac – Word’s Fastest Tractor’ is also etched into the doorway kick plate and woven into the grey door-to-door floor carpet.

Each special edition Fastrac 4220 and 8330 has a commemorative plaque identifying it as one of the 25 examples of each model celebrating the record
It is also visible in the leather upholstery of the full-size seats together with a yellow-stitched leather-bound steering wheel with a Fastrac speed logo.

In June 2019, JCB set a Guinness World Record for the fastest tractor at Elvington Airfield in Yorkshire. Called Fastrac One, the tractor reached a speed of 103.6mph with motorbike racer Guy Martin in the driver’s seat. To break its own record, JCB developed Fastrac Two. In October, Fastrac Two hit a peak speed of 153.771mph on its way to recording an average of 135.191mph at Elvington.
