New Holland’s T5 tractor range has become even more diverse with the latest generation of T5S models. Whether it’s the T5 Utility, T5S, T5 Dual Command, T5 Electro Command or the range-topping T5 Dynamic Command and Auto Command models, New Holland believes it has a suitable specification for all customer types in search of a compact loader tractor.

The reason for offering such a wide-ranging portfolio of T5 tractors is because New Holland says it believes that the 75-120hp utility tractor segment is the largest tractor class in Europe and a market that accounts for an average of 20,000 units annually.

Last year, New Holland launched the current generation T5 Dual Command at the EIMA show and is expected to preview a new T5 Electro Command lineup this coming November at Agritechnica in Germany which will also mark the first public display of the T5S range.

One of the main changes to the Turkish-built T5S range is the addition of a new 110hp model. There is now a new 12-speed (12F x 12R) electronic power shuttle transmission with Dynamic StopStart, allowing clutch-free direction changes.

Available on 90hp, 101hp and 110hp models, this brake-to-clutch function has three pre-set sensitivity settings.

There is now an option of a SuperSteer front axle for increased manoeuvrability and a powershuttle rocker switch.

The front PTO has been redesigned and uses a wet clutch, that is quieter and offers longer maintenance intervals. New tractors will be available with a new electronic Lift-O-Matic rear lift control system. There is also an optional high-flow 82 l/min hydraulic pump improve hydraulic performance when fitted with or without the CNH built 635LU front loader boom.

Aside from new styling, other updates include a new digital instrument cluster, a new U-shaped exhaust and a newly designed 130l diesel tank, both offering improved operator visibility.

The new T5S range is available with a number of optional features including LED lights and LED beacon, and optional smart farming features such as Isobus Claas II connectivity, telematics and lifetime connectivity via New Holland’s FieldOps portal which allows real-time data transfer.

A factory-fitted guidance and auto-steering system are also available, compatible with the IntelliView IV Plus display and DirecSteer. The new T5S will be available by the first half of 2026.
