Trioliet is introducing a new weighing system for its tandem-axle diet feeder range.

From now on, all Trioliet tandem-axle feeders will be equipped as standard with the new Double Ended Differential Beam (DEDB) load cell concept.

The manufacturer says this is an advanced five-point weighing system, which it claims provides even more accurate and reliable weight registration during feed loading and mixing.

According to the Dutch manufacturer, with the move towards the DEDB weighing system, Trioliet takes an important step forward in weighing technology.

It says the system has been developed to ensure more stable and accurate measurements under practical operating conditions.

Key advantage

It says: “A key advantage of the DEDB concept is the increased stability of the weighing system. Thanks to the design of the load cells, the effects of dynamic loads, such as uneven terrain or movements during loading, are better compensated. As a result, deviations in weight registration are minimised and measurement accuracy is maintained.”

Improved accuracy

Trioliet claims that thanks to the design of the DEDB load cells, the weight of the diet feeder is recorded more accurately. In turn, it says it will help farmers formulate rations exactly according to specification.

It says the new system also offers maintenance benefits.

Trioliet adds that the DEDB load cells are easier to replace, allowing maintenance work to be carried out more quickly and reducing downtime.
