Kanturk Mart in Co Cork was the venue for the 2025 John Neenan Young handlers and Munster Hereford Branch calf show on Saturday 4 October.

Almost 30 young handlers took part in the event and it was followed by an impressive display of promising young calves which were judged by society president, Nigel Heatrick.

Claiming the overall male championship in the calf show was Michael O’Keeffe with Gurteragh Superman 1166, a February 2025-born son of Mullaghdoopoll 1 Finnian.
