The farm is all in grass and has a number of sheds, cubicles, loose housing and calf pens.
A two-storey detached farmhouse extends to 1,614ft and has been gutted.
Prior to selling it on Friday evening, auctioneer David Reynolds commented that a farm of this size and condition is “extremely rare”.
There is excellent cattle accommodation on the farm.
“It’s not every year you get the chance to buy a farm like this in Sligo,” he told the Irish Farmers Journal last month.
As reported last month, the farm has excellent cattle accommodation and is served by a good road network. It is located 3km from Sligo town.
