I see Fergal Morris has been announced to replace Seamus Maguire who will retire as general manager of MSD Ireland at the end of 2017.Morris, from a farming background in Tipperary, qualified as a vet from UCD in 1995 before entering general practice. He joined MSD Animal Health in the UK in 1998 and joined the Irish division in 2001. Seven years later he was appointed head of ruminants in the company. Maguire joined MSD in 1987 and was appointed general manager 10 years later.
