McCarthy Plant and Agri Sales in Cork has been appointed as a dealer for Giant loaders in Munster.
Ballymacward Plant sales in Castlewellan, Co Down, is the importer of the brand for Ireland. Giant manufactures skid steers, wheel loaders, telescopic wheel loaders, telehandlers and attachments.
The company, which is based in the Netherlands, offers a range of 36 models and builds around 2,000 machines a year. Its offerings vary from 20hp to 76hp and weigh from 750kg to 5,500kg.
