Another mart story but this time from Thurles. There has been plenty of talk of who will replace Martin Ryan as manager of Thurles Mart. One name that has reached me time and again in the past week is Tipperary hurling boss Michael Ryan. Nothing confirmed yet but chasing the Liam McCarthy and chasing farmers and dealers for millions – I’m not sure which is easier.
