Grass-fed on the menu at Moorepark

The great and the good of Irish farming gathered in Moorepark last Friday night for a special celebration to mark the 400th edition of the Grass 10 newsletter.

The keynote lecture was given by Teagasc’s Pat Dillon, with an opening address by FBD Trust’s Michael Berkery.

The Dealer hears FBD Trust put their hands into their pockets more than once over the course of the night, with each farmer in attendance going home with a sizable voucher to use in one of their hotels.

The occasion was a thank you to the farmers who featured in the grass newsletter over the years.
